There is the Charter of Happiness, ``Practice Happiness Every Day'' by BBC 🤗🤗


1. Want to be happy !
Get some exercise.
Do aerobic exercise such as walking for more than 30 minutes a day.
Exercise more than three times a week.

2. Want to be happy !
Think of a good thing.
Think of good things by writing down five good things a day.

3. Want to be happy !
Have a conversation.
Have a serious conversation with someone even for an hour a week.

4. Want to be happy !
Take care of the plants.
Talk to the plants, while taking good care of them.

5. Want to be happy !
Cut the TV viewing time by half from the present.
(Even though it's a charter from the BBC.)

6. Want to be happy !
Smile.
Not just the people I always meet,
Smiles to strangers, even to those who don't smile.

7. Want to be happy!
Make a courtesy call more than once a day.
From parents, children,
Let's wait for my safety.
